Smt Debaleena Kilikdar

Smt. Debaleena Kilikdar was born on October, 21st 1985 at Agartala, Her father Dr. Bibhas Kanti Kilikdar is retd. Judge and former Member of Tripura Public Service Commission and her mother Smt. Krishna Kilikdar is a retd. Asstt. Head Mistress of a Govt. H.S School.

Smt. Kilikdar prosecuted her studies in a law and passed BBA LLB from the prestigious Symbiosis Law School, Pune Maharastra in the year 2009. She also did diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Symbiosis Deemed University and from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva. While prosecuting the studies in Law she had interned with various veteran lawyers of the Supreme Court of India like Sr. Advocate K.K Venu Gopal, Sr. Advocate K.T.S Tulsi and others.

She enrolled herself as an Advocate under the Bar Council of Delhi in 2009 and thereafter she practiced in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and various Appellate Tribunals and District Courts in Delhi from 2009 to 2011. In the same year in the month of June, 2011 she joined Tripura Judicial Service and Served as Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class and Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,(Fast Track Court)-cum-Civil Judge (Jr. Div) till 2015. She also served as SDJM-cum-Civil Judge (Jr. Div), Sonamura till 2018. Thereafter on being promoted to TJS Gr. II in the month of January 2018, she joined as Addl. Commissioner of the Department Inquiries (on deputation) on 26th February, 2018. On being transferred She had joined and taken over the charge of Civil Judge(Sr. Div) & Asstt. Sessions Judge, Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur on 5th May, 2021. She had joined as Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Civil Judge (Sr. Div), Gomati Judicial District, Udaipur on 03.01.2022 and served till 22.04.2025. Subsequently on being transferred she has presently joined and taken over the charge of Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Civil Judge (Sr. Div), North Tripura Judicial District, Dharmanagar on 23.04.2025.
